Default Time n days for supplementing on CKD

hi , pretty new to the ckd diet , kinda enjoying the idea of it coz carbs r really dangerous to me ( tend to overconsume them easily ) and i want to stay super lean
i was wondering if anyone can tell me what days n times or when (before after meals ?) should i supplement on:
*multi-vitamin ( any suggestions on a GREAT multi v for an 22y/o active male)
*ALA ( how many mg a day and how it should be divided)
*Potassium ( how many mg a day and how it should be divided)
*energy pills ( im taking them before i go to the gym on empty stomach)
ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO BE TAKING , IF SO WHAT EXACTLY IS ITS PURPOSE?

Since ALA acts as an insulin mimic, it's probably a waste to take it on on keto day. Save it for the carb up, and maybe the first day of the keto phase to help clear glucose from the blood.
Vitamins I take on a hit or miss basis, but if I do it's with food because I was told you'll get better absorption.

I would only add that you should look into a cal/mag supplement, especially during the Keto phase. LCing is famous for the charlie horses and leg cramps that accompany a return to ketosis.

You'd want your cal/mag together in one, as they compliment each other and you should look for a ratio of 2:1 (333mg cal/ 167 mg mag usually). Also, look to get a chelated mineral - from citrate or malate, but not a carbonate from oyster shells (its hard to absorb and more is needed, making it hard on the tummy). RDA is 1000mg for cal and 500mg for magnesium. You want to split the dose throughout the day as the body can only absorb so much at once.
