Default FitDay is great!

I saw someone mention the Fitday site and so I checked it out. It's great! I am on my 2nd day using it and I've found that I've been still maintaining below the 20g/day mark.

That is a great site! I'm into my 2nd week of Induction and I'm proud of myself for not cheat much....

ThinnerMe,
I'm loving fitday too! I keep my weight and activities logged in there too and then check the reports section. It's really helped me alot.

Until I did that for a while I used to get upset when my scale would show weight gains. Now I look at the chart and see that its just part of my normal weekly weight fluctuation. I weigh my lowest on Mon & Tues, I weigh my highest on Wed & Thurs. and sometimes even Friday and usually by Sunday I've leveled back down to what my weight was at its lowest that week. It's great to see that on a chart. It takes away my worry to know that is just my body's personal way of losing weight.

Also by tracking my activities I could see that I really needed to up my calories to continue my weight loss because it showed the number of calories I burned each day was way to far above my intake and that I was running the risk of going into starvation mode if I didn't increase those calories.

FITDAY http://www.fitday.com IS GREAT!!

Yes, I've found Fitday.com very useful as well. I still consider it somewhat approx. as sometimes you have to estimate amounts and use Custom Foods but I now have a much more accurate gauge rather than my educated guess work. I would recommend that everyone here give it a try.
Thanks Fitday
