cream vs milk

I have recently switched from half and half cream to canned 2% milk in my coffee in < 15 and I seem to be less satisfied, even hungry after I drink it. Do you think that the milk could be causing me to have cravings?

I am not sure, but if that is the only change you have made then it seems likely. I guess 2% milk would have more lactose and less fat than the half and half, so that could cause cravings. Maybe try going back and see if they go away.

It wuld also have more carbs than full cream. Also, you have to be very careful about amounts
