YEAH!!!!!

It is a slow and steady process but IT REALLY WORKS.

Take some measurements because sometimes when the scale slows down - you can see that you are still losing inches.

Cool

Welcome Mr Joshua

I'm new here, so don't have many words of wisdom. Just know what's been working for me. I have lots of tight shorts and jeans. I put a pair on the day I started...last wednesday. And by Saturday, the zipper came up easily, and I could actually button. This works, and you need small milestones to see the positive results. I haven't stepped on the scale yet, but if I can keep getting into some of my clothes in the back of my closet, well then this is the place to be!!!

Welcome!!

Carichie

P.S. And anyway...even if it was try 5 (hundred), who's counting...unless it's carbs!!!!

Mr. Joshua, as they say; the journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step!

Don't worry about how far you have to go. Just get started and do what you need to do each day. Before you know it, you'll be well on your way to success!!

Congratulations! It sounds like you have your head in the right place to be very successful. I like to think of every day as a new beginning, so I start over every day, LOL. Good luck!

Default Welcome Mr Joshua!

TDC is full of nice, supportive people; you'll like it here. The low-carb way of eating really works if you stick to it. And you're a young guy, that just might give you a quick start!
Good luck!
