Default cheese and weights must be my enemy

Hi there...I have been strugling for 2.5 months with a stall. I was eating ricotts cheese with bacon for beakfast and weight lifing 3 times a week with mild cardio on the other days. Well I stopped with the cheese (just becasue I ran out) and stopped weights and did cardio instead. Well since then I've ropped almost 10 lbs. What's up with that? I'm happy but concerned....what so much so quick with only minor changes. By the way I replace my cheese with macadamia nuts, so no it's not because I'm consuming less fat or calories!!!!

The cheese may have more carbs than you think, depending on the amount. Also the weights build muscle, which is heavier than fat, but muscle also speeds your metabolism, so I wouldn't cut it out entirely!

Your body also goes through periods wherre it "hangs on" to water weight, then suddenly lets go of it, you'll hear it referred to here as a "whoosh".

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Be sure to measure yourself. It will be better to be slim and densly packed weighing a lttle more, than soft and flabby and light.

yeah, I measure myself every two weeks, I know muscle weighs more....however, man you'd think so wieght loss would have kicked in after exercising for 3 months....I don't know...all I know is that most likely it was sthe cheese...I just thought it was peculiar that the cheese and the weighs were the only changes I made.
