It is impossible to say without quantities, but the main thing is: eat until satisfied, but not stuffed. Don't worry about calories or anything like that, just count the carbs and listen to your body in terms of portions. If you feel too full after eating any single meal, try cutting back on the portion next time. If you feel hungry in less than 2.5h after eating, try eating a little more next time.

Hi ItaliaGirl!

If anything, I'd suggest that you increase the amount of veggies you are eating. One serving a day is not enough and you can have up to 20 grams of carb per day from veggies, cream, cheese, etc..(mostly veggies is best). Going below 20 will not help you lose faster and may be shorting you on needed fiber as well as vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals.
Go easy on the processed meats (bacon and sausage) as well as they contain high amounts of sodium as well as nitrates which can cause water retention and slow weight loss in some.
