Default chicken ceasar salad or smothered chicken

im goign to bennigans for lunch and am in induction and i wanted to know if it is better to get a chicken ceasar salad with no croutons or the smothered chicken that has probolone and bacon on top of a chicken breast? HELP

Well, not knowing the ingredients in either, I would go for the salad.. at least you'll get lotsa veggies

I agree. Either sounds OK, but the salad will provide you with plenty of veggies for the day.

When I go to Bennigans I have either the smothered chicken or a steak with salad on the side. It's one of my favorite places to eat.

Either seems fine to me. Just remember if you get any salad - no croutons. Any platter ask for double veggies instead of the starch.

LCing tastes pretty darn good! I would never go low fat again!
