Thumbs up It's happening!!!!!

It's happening after 2 weeks of nothing on the induction phase and feeling discouraged and almost ready to give up (mind not body) I got on the scale and 5 lbs gone! I cut out the coffee....(still getting over the trama of that) and started seeing results! Water....water....water....have been doing that and crystal light! All good things come to those that wait!

I'm going to thank all those people that post every day! Give what advice they know without fail....you are what kept me plugging along!!

THANKS!!!!
Sherry

Hey Sherry, That's just great! It does work. We just have to work it. Celebrate by doing something good for yourself. Non-food, that is. Like a massage, a soak in a hot tub, curling up with your favorite book or movie, or whatever makes you feel warm and fuzzy. Good luck on your continued success.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the support...I must say I had been relying on the sticks to turn purple and they are only showing a trace all the time now....is this normal? Should this not be the the focus all the time? And if not do you feel that this should be something we inform others about?

Sherry---- Congratulations on the five pounds. That is great and know it makes you feel great too. As for the sticks not turning dark- One of the other gals told me that if you are keeping yourself hydrated the sticks won't turn dark just show in the trace area. I've never gotten into the dark color either in over three months so don't worry about it. You are doing fine. Also remember that those who have the least to lose usually takes longer--so just keep on doing what you are doing!!! Good luck--Aleka

Congratulations on your 5lbs loss!!

I know that's something you will never regret losing.

Keep it up - it isn't easy, but with results like that it is sure to make this easier for you.

Good luck!!
