Unhappy Kick Me - I Should Have Known Better!!!

I bought a different brand of Whey Protien Drink at GNC. The carbs on the labels were the same. I mixed a batch up for a late afternoon snack. It tasted great and super rich!!! A little later my stomach feels bloated!!! The drink keeps going up and down my throat!! I read the new powder - I was suppost to use ONE SCOOP NOT TWO!!! The other drink mix used two!!

I am putting this out so that others who may be changing brands of Whey Protien drink read the labels better than I!!!

I thought that I was a good label reader!!

Bad Girl!!

I know what you mean. I also drink some of the protein drinks from GNC and you do have to watch the scoops.
