What's your favorite or weirdest Egg Recipe???

Doing Atkins, I've found that my favorite is putting cream cheese on scrambled eggs...I don't know why, but I really like it. I would never have combined the two pre-Atkins.

i like to make omlettes with Montreal Chicken seasoning mixed into the eggs and then the omlette with chicken, cayenne powder, and Frank's Red Hot sauce. it's pretty good
i've also made omlettes with cinnamon and splenda mixed into the eggs and then top it off with sweetend sour cream. that was really tastey also.
