Unhappy fit day dummy

Hi all, I just came in looking for help with fit day, I am a true newbie 5 days in and I am having trouble doing the fitday thing. Ok I'm going to see fingers wagging and skin crawling but I had a whopper, yes a whopper from burger king and I found how to put that in but am unable to put it in minus the bun and katchup, also I cant figure out how to log in splenda. Any help for the ignorant would be appreciated.
Thank you all so much this fourm has really been an isperation, and as soon as I figure out how to use it right I'll be alright.
kara

Hi you are no dummy Everyone has the same problems with fitday, its hard to manuver around. If you can find out from burger king website the amount of the bun(carbs&calories) then do math before you try to put in fitday. I would put it in as custom food. Same thing for the Splenda packets . Just click on the bottom box-add custom and fill out info from the package label.

A Whopper is a fine lc meal-just ditch the bun like you did. I feed my bread to the birdies-they are urban birds and like the bread and french fries they scrounge.

Hi Kara,

I'm new too and having a hard time with fitday. But keep at it. I have a little grasp and it really is helping me keep track of the carbs and other stuff. I don't feel so lost -- lo-carbing is new and VERY different to me.

Regards from the
control freak,
Sans
