I have a question about TOM. Up until starting Atkins, I have been completely regular, helped in part by birth control. However, since starting Atkins my cycle has gone to 17-18 days, and is longer and heavier than before.

Any insights into why this might be happening? Anyone else have a similar experience?

Hi Melissa,

Yes, TOM changes are very common when starting to LC.

Try searching on TOM, and you'll find many threads such as this one where it is discussed. or you could go to the Hot Links thread in the Newbies' Questions forum, where there'll be threads where it is also discussed.

Cheers.

Rosebud
