Hi everyone,
I'm new to this Low Carb thing and wanted to get some of the products (for the sake of variety - a girl can only eat so many eggs in a week!).
I am going to look at the Low Carb Food Depot that so many people are talking about. I live in toronto so i should be able to pick it up no problem.
anyway, does anyone recommend any of their products that they sell there? Any favourites or must try items? I'm looking for a bit of everything.

I got my first order last month and this is what I tried

low carb pasta - can't remember brand but it was like fettucine/egg noodles, wasn't too bad with meat sauce just a little chewier than usual

la tortilla factory green onion tortillas - I like these with chicken salad with pecans and a smear of goat's cheese, they also make great quesadillas/burritos

not starch thickener - I've used this to make sauces and gravies, pricey but worth it

low carb pizza crust - garlic and herb flavour - just couldn't eat it - I didn't like the smell, flavour or texture

the service I got from this site was prompt and everything was packed nicely on delivery
