I just want to encourage you to stop focusing on the scale. I do weigh myself too, but just pretty much in fun. You have to remember that one gallon of water weighs 7# (a gallon of milk weighs 8#). You will drive yourself silly if you weigh each day and being so good at water drinking.
Many of us here are old WW drop-outs. I think I joined something like 3x's. Wow. $12 a week, plus weigh-ins, and 22 points to stay at. I sure lost weight, but did I ever gain it back and more.
Throw out the old thoughts of lowfat and fat free. It is a hard thing to realize that it takes fat to burn fat, although you don't have a lot to burn. But still you want to be healthy in this WOE (Way of eating). Eat the whole foods like Dr. Atkins recommended. Weigh yourself in a week. Look at your slimming face in the mirror, see how much more energy you have each new morning.

Not trying to give too much advice, just thinking of things that you may not have thought of.
