Default Heavy whipping Cream question

I usually buy the pint of heavy whipping cream for my coffee and eggs but last week I bought the quart. I didn't pay attention because its the same as the pint only larger but this said 1 carb per serving. The pint says 0 carbs per serving?? IM confused. They are the exact product only 2 different sizes. Does heavy whipping cream have carbs or not?
Thanks

Government regulation allows food manufacturers to round down the carbs to the lowest whole number. That is, if the cream has 0.9g per tbs, they are allowd to say "0". Take a llok at the serving sze. It may be that the pint says Tspoon and the quart says Tbl spoon. It the Tea spoon has less then a whole gram of carb they'll say "0"... The safe assumption (at least on induction) is that whatever the stated number of gram is, add one gram to your daily total..
