HELLO ..just started sb yesterday and if u would, please look at my menu so far today and tell me if its ok

b.....1c. cherrios 1/2 cup skim milk splenda
coffee


L....... 7 oz petite sirloin, with mixed veggies on the side, broccli, squash....
salad with lettuce, cheese. bacon bits, cucumbers, ranch dressing.........

tea with splenda

please tell me if thats ok so far..........and i no i have to have some fruit and also, suggest a dinner meal........thanks so much....

Hi...I'm no expert but your menu looks good... check out my posts in the first thread regarding does anyone respond...I listed some helpful links...you need some fruit in the mix for snacks on an empty stomach though..
