Question Critical Carb Level

In the "New Diet Rev", Dr. Atkins calls our critical carb level a CCLL or something like that. In "Atkins for Life" he calls it your ACE (stands for something like "Atkins Carb Equlibrium")

Which one is correct , or it doesn't matter? I like CCLL better personally.

Honestly, YMMV (your mileage may vary)

call it whatever you want. Personally, I tend to call it "how much stuff I can eat before I put on weight"

Same thing.

Finding what is your CCL or ACE is what is the challenge....finally after 14 months I found mine 30....wish it was a bit higher....for weight loss that is. I can eat 50 carbs a day and stay in ketosis though...which is good...this is why I moved on to pre-maintenance.
