Default Military Fitness Programs (or standards)

Does anyone have the manuals for the various "Elite" military branches. (i.e. Navy Seals, Army Rangers etc...). If so please advise where I can find them?

I already have the tech manual pertaining to the Navy Seals Fitness Standards.

Thanks,
_Bigred

Addressing the Army side only...
For SF, do a web search on SFAS and "Special Forces" - I know of at least one SF unit that has its training program for SFAS candidates up online. The actual "physical requirements" to get into SFAS or the Q Course aren't terribly stringent, but the units obviously recommend being in much better shape than the minimum.
Also of interest may be the 18th Abn Corps physical standards, which are online. Although the elite units may have higher requirements than the minimum on the Army APFT and include other events (ruck marches, swim, longer runs) (for that matter any unit can adopt higher standards), I'm not aware that there exist separate physical training manuals for SF, Rangers, or Abn, other than in an informal format.

Check out your local library. I know ours have different books on Marine Corps Daily-16 and such.

While in the Marines Corps, my PFT standards were a 3-mile run in 31 minutes (for males I think it was 28 or 29), a flex-arm hang of at least 30 seconds (I think!)--men had to have at least 3 pull-ups (20 is perfect score) and then 55 crunches in two minutes--100 was the max score.

The book i have, but havn't started using is "The Navy Seal Workout", by a seal named Mark De Lisle. I have a bench set and currently do something i feel is more intense, but I'm going on a 2 month vacation and I need something i can do without equipment. It consists of mostly pull-ups and push-ups and ab work. This work-out would definately cut one up.
