Hi LadyBelle, welcome to the board!
Let me reassure you first that you are actually doing very well. It is very, very common to have a bit of a plateau after the initial Induction losses.
Did you know that the average loss during Induction is 10% of the weight you need to lose, followed by 5 to 10% after that? So you see you are actually ahead! The folk who lose large numbers of pounds are those with larger amounts to lose in general.
The Fat Fast is for metabolically resistant people only - that is, people who cannot lose a pound on Induction and after. You are lucky to not be at all metabolically resistant.
The reason for the plateau after the initial loss, is that your body "panics" a little and holds onto water for a while. All you have to do is continue your Atkins plan, and soon you will have a visit from the Whoosh Fairy.
If you are merely curious about Stillman, it is a high protein, low fat, very low carb plan. But trust me, you don't need it! Lucky you! Just hang in there and the weight will go. I promise!
