Default Real Canadian Bacon?

Does anyone know the carb count of REAL canadian bacon (peameal bacon)? I love the stuff but wont eat it if it's high in carbs.

Thanks Linda

I eat it with no apparent problem. The small amount of cornmeal on the edge of the slices doesn't really seem to matter much. Yum!!!!

I eat it on weekends for breakfast. Some peamales have excessive cornmeal, if I sense that I will do some trimming. Likely sodium is another factor since it's very salty..

BUT

it's very good!!

The Canadian bacon in our stores has way too much solium for me, I stick to regular bacon.
