"A very strict, healthy form of lowcarbing -
basically eat real meats, eggs, unlimited low-med carb veggies, and some added fats and spices.
Avoid all dairy, processed meats, artificial sweeteners, and added chemicals.
By following this eating plan, you remove many foods that you may have an "intolerance" to, or may cause your weight loss to stall.
All of carbohydrates come from vegetables and a small amount from eggs. This should help induce a state of ketosis - where the body turns to fat as it's primary energy source.
Typically by following this plan, one's total daily calorie intake will be considerably lower than the Atkins Induction and OWL style WOE's.
In order to find out what might cause slow weight loss, items can be added slowly back into one's daily diet. It may be easy to determine what may have stalled you, but hopefully it will be easy to determine."
