just wanted to send out my newbie greetings to all LC on this forum. Have been lurking around this website for the past week or so, and decided it was time to jump in and join the fun.
My name is Kaye, and I started this WOE about 3 weeks ago. So far, so good, I feel great! I definitely look forward in seeking advice from long-term low-carbers, and sharing progress with fellow newcomers. If anyone needs a buddy to start off this program, don't hesitate to get in touch.
