Some or the larger grocery stores have it, my local Meijer is carrying more and more things. I've heard Krogers has soom too, but I've not been over to look. And lastly there is the local health food strore. Between these places, we don't have to order over the net very often.

Our larger grocery stores here have both of those things. I buy whole flax seeds in bulk, DIRT CHEAP, and grind them in my coffee grinder. I make a hot cereal with flax meal and hot water, add cream and stevia to sweeten. YUM!
