Default curious...

I was just curious to know. If I ate something I'm not suppose to (a few chips) and then drunk 3x's the amount of water will the water flush chips. I just want I'm asking is If you eat something (just a little bit) you're not suppose to eat and then drink a lot of water will you still be on track?

Thanks in advance.

I've heard that you should ingest some fat to help mitigate the glycemic uptake and also help stabilize blood sugar/insulin levels.

Every now and again I'll have a taste of something carby... the other day it was a bite of bread dipped in olive oil/balsamic vinegar, then yesterday I had sashimi (raw fish) for dinner... but I was dying for unagi sushi (bbq eel on rice with a dab of teriaki).. so I had one. It doesn't throw me off, and it takes care of my craving (I seem to have no problem stopping after one bite). As for the water... I drink lots of water anyway, so I don't know if it makes a difference or not.

While it's a good idea to drink lots of water, especially following a cheat, don't think it will negate the negative effects of a cheat. It will help to minimize water retension, but that's it. It doesn't make the cheat disappear & magically cause it to be OK. If you're going to cheat drink water, but don't be surprised if those cheats lead up to added pounds & inches. Also don't be surprised if "little" cheats turn into carb binges; it's a bad habit to start so please beware. Good luck.
God Bless,
Amy-Lynne

Default Cheat?

I read somewhere that alpha lipoic acid can mitigate a 'cheat'
Not that I intend on doing it but has anyone else heard about this?
