Question Atkins and vitamins

I am trying to get all the vitamins and suppliments that Dr. Atkins suggests but am finding it impossible to buy L-carnitine and
Atkins formula#3.
Can anyone help me?
Will the diet work without these things?
I want to get started!!!

Absolutely the diet will work without them. In fact, you will find as you go along what works best for you. I have never purchased Atkins vitamins and I've been lc nearly 3 years. If there is something you really want, however, I would check out the supplements thread on this site. There is info on other online sites where you can buy vitamins and such for reasonable prices. Good luck!

Default Atkins Vitamins

You can order them online at the Atkins site. I have never used them either and the diet still has had an affect for me.

Question I am Canadian...

I live in Ontario and can not find Atkins Formula#3 or L-carnitine anywhere.
Can anyone help me?
I would prefer to purchase from a Canadian site/store/company to avoid extra shipping and tarrifs...?
I found these products on US sites but they wont ship L-carnitine to me and suggest I have it shipped to a friend in the US and then have them mail it to me...I dont know anyone in the states.
Anyway, please help me if you can. Thanks 2much
