Unhappy I have sinned

I have been on the LC for over 2 months and doing alright. Yesterday for some unknown reason, I ate piles of stuff I should not have. My question is do I have to do the induction again?

Smile Hello

Whether or not to begin again on induction is a personal choice decided by you. Since it was just one day of binging you may want to just begin where you left off. Eating low carb at whatever amount of grams you were taking in before you fell off the wagon. However if you have re-addicted yourself badly maybe you'll want to consider induction again in order to get your body back into the swing of things. I went on a two day binge ending yesterday and today I'm going back to induction. My reason is because I've had a whole lot of cheats.. Like every week for the last month!! So I'm aware that I'm addicted to those no no foods again! Good luck in whatever you decide, but remember not to beat yourself up because we all have weak days sometimes.
