I am 8 carbs under 20 for the day


I thought I would enjoy a SINGLE Lite beer

WOAH! I feel like I drank a six pack
First beer in 3 months after drinking them everyday for 10 years (habit not alcohol addiction)

Probably be 3 months before I taste another because I really don't feel that great. BLAH

I surely didn't feel well last night after drinking it,but all is well today and I did only drink one


It's water and Rotessire (spelling) chicken today for me

I had one white russian today WITH FOOD and was walking funny out of the restaurant.

When you are in ketosis, your body breaks down alcohol MUCH faster into the intoxicating components. So you feel the effects faster & more strongly. So you ARE a cheap drunk.

But the effect of the alcohol is also to be used before fat as energy so some people get tossed out of ketosis. And you get the feelings that sugar or starch carbs would give: fatigue, heaviness, bloating. It isn't worth the "fun" of drinking alcohol.

You are really losing well GC1.
