Good Morning Everyone!
Well, I had another gourmet breakfast today...
I sliced & quartered some pepperoni, nuked it 'til crispy and stirred it in to some slightly heated cottage cheese...with a protein powder shake chaser

My menu yesterday was a bit high on calories and carbs - not too bad considering we had my 16 yo step-daughter for dinner and I made her favorite sides - breaded fried okra and spinach salad. Still in light ketosis this AM - weight is at 176 lbs. Measurement changes for month: Bust is the same, butt is down nearly a full inch, waist is down about 1/2 ", both calves and thighs are up 3/8" inch (normal when I hike). Upper arms measure the same, but are less 'flabby'???

Still watching my calorie per pound intake to try to drop another 5 lbs or so by about March 15. Calories per pound 1808 / 176 = 10.27 (aiming for around 9 to 10)

Total calories: 1808
Fat: 118 gms 1065 cal 60%
Sat: 35 gms 312 cal 18%
Poly: 37 gms 84 cal 19%
Mono: 38 gms 331 cal 19%
Carbs: 53 gms 167 cal 9% ECC: 41 gms
Fiber: 12 gms 0 cal 0%
Protein: 133 gms 530 cal 30%

Breakfast:
4 egg beater omelet with 2 ozs lean ham, 1 ozs cheddar
Breakfast drink - 8 ozs water, 1 envelope sf gelatine, 1 scoop sf orange citrucel
30 ozs coffee (regular, brewed)

Lunch:
Grilled cheese - 2 slices LC bread with 1.5 oz cheese slices
1 oz pork rinds

Dinner:
9 ozs ground turkey meatloaf (turkey, 1 t meatloaf mix, 1 egg beater, 1 T onion flakes)
1.5 cup spinach salad (full-fat version)
1 cup fried okra (breaded)

About 105 ozs water & 30 ozs coffee

Rob, that sounds great. I'm craving something spicy, maybe I'll pick up some pepperoni at the store today.

Hope y'all have a great hump day!

i got the pictures from my ski trip back the other day. i posted a couple in my gallery. i can't wait to go play in the snow again. i have a trip planned for saturday to go to central oregon and try the tube hill at hoodoo.

So I am sitting in the Body Challenge group at work listening to these people rave on about what you can eat for how many points. There are 2 of us just doing our own thing and using Fitday (me and my sup-talk about team bonding, haha). Lord, if I ate as many carbs as they were talking about, I would be eating this keyboard, not typing on it. But WW works for a lot of the people so I don't knock it. What's fun is, we are all contributing a dollar every week and will have a few "winners" at the end of the whole thing (some are dieting, some are just trying to tone, etc) and then have a big picnic this summer. It's fun and it keeps me motivated.
Did around 15 min of weight training and stretching today before breakfast, will try and do som WATP tonight. I did a 2 mile one yesterday. So I am trying to do 2 small workouts a day.

Rob, pepperoni on cottage cheese-who'd a thunk it?

Hi all!

Just another cold and windy one here today! I am stealing myself up to workout today, (the colder the weather, the MORE i want to hybernate!)
DS has homework to finish then it will be time to relax alittle!

Orang, your eating looks good! WTG for inch loss and the firming up!! Now you are going on weight per pound? What is a good calorie sum for me than? I want to get down to 133-135.

Elaine, You are now one of the official "workout women!!"
Keep it going!! I am glad that you have a place to go to for motivation, that was the ONE thing that I did like about WW, the support and accountability! But I know (like you) I just can't go back to all of the carbs- to many triggers!

Michele, looks fun!! Hope that you will have a good time this weekend!

Hello Blu!

Kristine, did you get your spicy fix?? I am ALWAYS wanting spicy stuff!

Leave it to Rob to think of another variable for cottage cheese! Have you every considered making a cookbook???

I need to get off for now before I stall and not work out!HA

HI to Bawdy,Ellie,Marnie,Unity,Kat, and to everyone else out there! Have a good evening!!

Sorry to disagree with everyone, but if I ever thought to eat pepperoni and cottage cheese together, I'm afraid I'd turn inside out!

Busy day today, tomorrow, and Friday. I might not be able to contribute much until Saturday morning.
