Default Wendy's Chicken BLT salad

I know a lot of people have been talking about the Chicken BLT salad from Wendy's. I was wondering about the nutritional information I found on their website, however. Just want to be sure that this is actually ok to eat - especially during Induction:

Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Powdered Cellulose (anti-caking agent), Artificial Color.

Bacon Pieces
Pork cured with: Water, Salt, Sugar , Smoke Flavoring, Sodium Phosphate (emulsifier), Sodium Erythorate (buffering agent), Sodium Nitrate (color enhancer).

Diced Chicken
Chicken Breast with Rib Meat, Water, Seasoning (Salt, Dextrose , Maltodextrin, Natural and Artificial Flavoring [Wheat Flour, Egg, Soybean], Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Sugar, Fructose , Onion, Disodium Inosinate and Guanylate [flavor enhancers]), Corn Starch Modified, Soy Protein Concentrate, Sodium Phosphates (emulsifier), Fructose .

The total ingredients are:

Iceberg Lettuce
Romaine
Spring Salad Mix
Cucumbers
Grape Tomatoes
Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Bacon Pieces
Diced Chicken

Wendy's website says that it has 10g carbs total, as well.

Just saw all those -ose's and sugar mentioned and got a bit worried -

Unfortunately we will never get complete away from all those -oses and sugars. We just have to limit them to small quantities and make sure that even with the carb count they fall within our daily ranges.

Those 10 carbs they list are including the 5 grape tomatoes that come with it, since I never ate those, I always subtracted 3-4 carbs from that count.

Also don't forget the 5 carbs for the ranch dressing, or the 3 carbs for the blue cheese dressing. Just don't get the "default" dressing that comes with it "Honey Mustard - 12 carbs!"

No need for me to count anything for the dressing as I don't like any type of dressing. The only thing I've ever been able to stand is Italian dressing, and even that I can only take if it's in minute quantities.

Thanks for the feedback on the salad then. I probably wouldn't eat the grapes, either. So not too bad.

You can ask at the counter next time you are at Wendy's for a nutritional information guide.
It includes info on every ingredient and the fiber. I carry this with me all the time.
Here's what it shows:

Chicken BLT Salad, (lettuce, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, cheese, bacon ,chicken)

9.8g Carbs 3.5g fiber = 6.3g
That is after tossing the croutons and honey mustard dressing.

I like getting a big classic burger or grilled chicken burger somtimes and asking for extra lettuce. I toss out the bun and wrap the lettuce around and eat. This is saved for the days when the sight of another salad will send me over the edge.
