Help with Candida and exercise!!

I've started exercising pretty regularly and I need to know how many carbs are safe for someone suffering from systemic candida. No one can answer my ? They all say deal with Candida first, then think about exercise. Well , no, that's not an option for me. I've been dealing with Candida for years and I'm ready to exercise NOW!

If anyone has any feedback, please reply.
