Question Fat/Protein ratio AFTER induction

HI guys- I am on week five. As mentioned in earlier posts I just started using Fitday. What do you think is a good fat/protein/carb ratio to try to maintain after the two week induction period? I am sure it varies person to person, but what have you all discovered? Thanks, thanks, thanks! Leslie

You need to keep your fats above 65%.

65% Fat 30% protein 5% carbs is a rough guide.

My ratio has been similiar to this since 1/1/03 and it has been working - down 7 lbs since that date:

Fat: 65-70%
Carbs: 5-6%
Protein - the rest (around 25-30%)
Calories have been ranging between 1500-1900 daily.
Rate of loss: 1-2 lbs a week
