Calorie Cycling
I alternate everyday doing either HIIT cardio or weights. I remember reading somewhere that we should cycle our calories so the body doesn't have time to get used to anything.
First of all, is there any truth to this theory? And secondly, when should I increase the calories, cardio or weight days? I am currently just adding more protein on weight days but keeping calories relatively the same.
