Default These foods allowed?

Is popcorn and Hot coco allowed?
Are any foods that are low in carbs allowed even if they have some sugar in them after induction?
I have been doing atkins since feb and I am tired of the same food all the time.

Thanks for your input.

you can slowly add back a few carbs at a time. Popcorn, in small amounts, can be added. I believe it has about 5 carbs per cup of popped corn. There is a hot cocoa made by "Swiss Miss", I think, that is made with splenda, but it has about 10 carbs a cup, but once in a while it should be ok if you be sure and count the carbs.
