Default Davinci syrup question

I bought some of the sugar free Davinci syrup to add to my decaf in the morning and need to know how to count it in my daily carb count. It says 0 carbs, but is sweetened with Spenda. I thought in the book it says to count each pack of artificial sweetener as 1 carb. If that's right, so I count each serving of the syrup as one carb? I only have a couple cups a day, so it's not a big deal, but I'm really trying to stay under 20 carbs and every little one counts.

Splenda packets contain a bulking agent with dextrose.

DaVinci does not. Don't count it at all.
It's absolutely, positively carb-free.

I make a small vanilla milkshake using carbsmart ice cream, then put in just a little bit of carb countdown milk, then splashed in some Davinci Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, man, i felt like i was cheating!! It's just an every once in a while treat.

You might already know this but don't forget to count the carbs in your coffee.
