Default Hi again

Hiya i used to frequent this forum a few months back as Carbcutter but it won't let me use that ID as i changed my isp and it won't allow my new e-mail address under Carbcutter .

I kinda fell off the wagon a bit with the atkins diet but i lost all in about 2.5 stones and i have managed to keep most of it off this could be due to my changing jobs my new job is a lot more active but i want to try and lose a few more pounds for my summer holidays so here goes again and hopefully i can shed a few more pounds in the next 2 months.

So here is a quick hello to everyone in here and here's hoping

I recently came back after a fall off the wagon, glad you are back too, it certainly makes it easier using the forum for support so good luck with your plans to loose some more weight for summer, I'm not yet back down to my leaving weight but I'm hopeful!

Glad to see you back with us. Good that you kept the weight off whilst you fell off the wagon. That is great and means that you were applying some of the lessons you learnt.

Every success with losing those final pounds, ready for the summer. Lots more exercise will help as well as that will tone up the muscles.
