Talking Becky160 Question 4 U!?

I've read some threads where yu've given advice to others, I have some questions about what you reccommend;

Let me know if this is correct:

1) Fat should be 65-70%
2) Protien should be 25-30%
3) Carbs at 5%
4) Fiber between 10-15%

Also, my ideal weight is 130lbs.
So...I should be consuming 1300 cals per day?
(with approx. 104grams of protien if mod. active)

If just started a fitday account and would like to be sure of the percentages I should be striving for. I am still doing induction, and have been stalled for a few weeks now...

If anyone else would like to comment, please do so

On Atkins, I don't think the 1300 calories a day matters so much. Of course, never a great idea to eat too much. You should always avoid eating to little or you will put your body in starvation mode.

You are not fat, so the weight loss will be very slow going. Fat helps in loosing fat (the Leptin thing). Be patient and enjoy how much better you are feeling (at least I hope you are feeling better).

Hi Groggy,
I keep running into you....You must think I am obsessive...hehe....a little.
I know I am not fat and I do feel better....I just want to get this down to a science I guess. I want to know what guidelines, if any can be generalized, I should follow.
I don't know if I am in starvation mode, and I don't want to be, so if I need more cals. that's what I will do.
I think I will wait till Sunday and see, Then maybe I'll try the refeed.
Thanks for your advice

Alrighty,
I did the refeed on Sunday (did not sleep well that night) next day (Monday) I was up one pound and out of Ketosis. Today (Tuesday), back in ketosis and down 2 pounds!
So far so good, will work out tommorow, missed today, and hope it goes down again.....
