Default Brownies & Ice Cream HELP!

I lost 14 lbs. on induction. i have been so happy and proud that i accomplished that. so what i don't understand is why did i mess it up. on saturday night i gave in and went to the dairy queen with my Atkins partner. i got a chicken finger meal and a brownie earth quake (for anyone who dosn't know what that is, brownie topped with hot fudge, then vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, oreo bits and sprinkles) what was I thinking? with every bite I took I couldn't even imagine the amount of carbs i was taking in. it tasted very good going down, just not all that great coming up (I got Sick!) and it serves me right and you would think i would have learned from that but i didn't. the next day we had a big dinner with all the bad stuff. we decided we would do induction on monday BAD BAD BAD. Monday i followed the rules to a T until dinner. we went to red lobester. I ate a bisquet and i ate some breaded clam strips and the rest of it was water, crab legs, and lobester.
this morning i am very determined to lose weight especialy after the scale siad up 5 LBS!!!!!!!!!. PLEASE BEWARE DO NOT CHEAT AT ALL! please advise on how to loose quickly the weight i gained?

The weight is water weight - carbs will cause you to bloat and retain water. Get back on induction and you will be fine.

Hang in there!

I find that I can't cheat at all. If I do cheat, then I do the same thing day after day. Perhaps you are like that. But today is a new day and yesterday is history. Learn from your mistake and realize how miserable you are so you don't do it again. I'm pulling for you!!! You can do it!!

I had absolutely horrible cravings last night, which is weird for me. I finally tried the atkins ice cream, which was really great. I ended up dropping two lbs yesterday so I dont think it hurt me too badly. But it is deffinatly a better alternative to cheating.
