Wink hi everybody

It seems like you've got a great group here. I'm looking forward to taking part in it. I started Adkins several months ago and although I didn't lose weight as fast as others I've heard about, I was definitely impressed with the results i experienced using this approach. I haven't been following the low carb approach as closely in the past month or 2 and have gained a few pounds back, but not too bad. Anyway, I'm ready to get back on track. I hope i can add some value to the group and look forward to getting some value from it. Thanks for reading and posting any replies.

Welcome to the boards.

I feel as IF I'm an old hat at this now although I only started LC'ing properly three weeks this Friday. I feel great and hope to lose loadsaweight - quickly.

I know that it's recommended that you lose weight at 2 - 3 pounds per week but I have never lost that quickly anyway, I have been on every diet going and gained it all back.

I hope you succeed.

Keep posting - keep in touch with everyone - they're a real good bunch on people on here.

Gill Birch.
