Default safe on induction

are cold cuts and cream chease safe on induction? the carb count is less than 1 g and sugars less than 1 g.

Both are OK on induction, BUT I reccomend you eat whole meats rather than processed coldcuts. There is more thermogenic energy required for the body to digest a hunk of steak rather than a piece of ground up bologna.
My philosophy is to eat foods as close to nature as possible.
real meat over processed meats etc.
Soft cheese should be limited in induction and are ok in OWL.

Also, be careful of the sodium content in cold cuts.

ok thanks! I don't know how to cook so I put cream cheese on a piece of cold cut put some spinach in there and rolled it up, it tastes really salty but decent for lunch I guess, I need to learn how to cook!
