Part of it could just be the winter weight hang on. You might get a nice loss around spring.
I have had a few different set points. One I stayed at for about a month or more, but that was because I was lazy about my carb intake, though working out alot. Right now I'm stuck at a set point again, but that was form a mix of cheaating over holidays, going lax on carb counting after (I eat low to moderate carb, just don't keep track) and the largest reason is not moving as much. I know if I started going back to the gym or doing my pilates tapes at home, I would go down.
