Default Exercise for Kimberly

I have been doing LC since January and in April I started to move. I started slow by just walking my dog and now I'm walking a mile a day (M-F) and then doing exercise tapes at home. Tomorrow will be the end of the 8th week of doing all this.

I didn't realize this site had gym logs so I am amped to post what I do here.

The tapes I do are Firm fanny lifter and Core Secrets ball workouts. I also throw in Windsor Pilates, abs of steel, and a couple other stability ball workouts. Now when I suck in my stomach it actually moves! My weight has stayed constant but I have lost 6.5 inches since the end of March.

I have had a sore lower back for the past two days so I have only walked. It is finally feeling better today. It really sucks to have a sore back, it makes you realize how important it is!

1 mile walk and an Abs of Steel video. My abs are very sore! But that's a good thing, it means I have ab muscles under the fat!

I only did ab exercises because my back is still a little twingy, but much improved from Friday.

Just finished my exercises, a 45 minute total body ball workout. No walk today because my car is in the shop and I can't get to the park!

My back is much improved and I think the exercises I'm doing will help it a lot too.

Default Hello

I was just checking out your journal and wanted to say "hi" WTG on doing the Firm tape all the way through! I laughed when you said you didn't fast foward, that is what I do too! When I started working out, the scale didn't move much either, but it's been 3 months and it just started going down. Keep up the awesome work!!

Amy

Thanks again,

Today - 1 hour Firm Total Sculpt plus abs DVD. And I finished the whole tape, they are getting easier.

Yesterday I went to a new park with my kids, they rode their bikes and I walked the dog for 2 miles! When I was done it didn't even feel like I had walked very far at all!! Conditioning is a great thing! This is coming from someone who was out of breath going up the stairs!
