Okay.. Finally decided to start a gym log.
My workouts for the week so far:
Monday, 10/23--
35 mins elliptical, on 'wtloss' wrkout-- 2 mins incline 8/intensity level 9 then switches to 2 mins incline 13/intensity level 9-- repeat for 30 mins, 5 min cool down.
bicep and tricep curls, free weights, 8 lbs== 15 reps X2
Arm machines... (gotta write down the names.. I am so retarded)

10 min walk, 25 min jog (outdoors), 5 min walk
