Default Mmmmm, just ate like I was in Italy...

Dry Italian Salami and aged Regiiano Parmesan cheese. I sat at my desk and cut slivers off the cheese and popped some salami in my mouth. Life is good.

I didn't know that salami was allowed....Is any kind okay?

Well it does have nitrites, so it should be limited, but its only 1 g carbs. I would think any kind is allowed unless it has some kind of sugery coating or curing.
