Default Let me know

Hi all,

As some of you may know I just started the diet 2 days ago. Now I just wanted someone to give me some advice on my menu and what you think ok I have read the book and so on. Just let me know what you think and if I should add more fat or what ..

Breakfast
2 eggs cooked in olive oil
3 links of sausage

Lunch
1.5 cup of salad
Tuna
Ranch dressing

Dinner
Boneless skinless chicken breast
1.5 cups of veggies

lots of water..
sometimes drink a diet soda
i really don't eat any snacks.. i found some pork reins that have less than 1 gram of carbos but I get scared to eat those. Good thing is im really not feeling hungry during the day.. I just like to sit in front of the computer and munch and play poker lol.. So any advice on my menu would be great!

Thanks

Hi there

I'd probably add some more fat in the form of dairy products such as cheese and cream, maybe a creamy mushroom sauce on that chicken breast or broccoli an cauliflower with cheese sauce.

How about some sf jelly and cream for dessert? oh that might be best to wait till you are through Induction first, oh and I'd kick the diet softdrink until you are out of induction just to do it 100%...

Just a thought

Good luck and excellent job starting this WOL.

Fiona

Default welcome

Welcome to this WOE. Your menu looks good and healthy.
You seem to have lost some lb in just two days. That's good.
Get your blood report which you may compare six month later..
I've gotten mine and put those into spreadsheet..
