Thanks, will do! I need to start on Monday, and I'm going to follow their 30 day calendar. I tried the Walk Away the Pounds, and I know it's better than nothing, but it just doesn't do it for me so I don't even bother now. Even in the bad shape I'm in, I barely even feel like I'm moving. Used to do high-impact step aerobics, so I guess that's why.
I need to get my heart pumping!
