Default I made it through "Snack Day" with little cheating

Oh no. Today was snack day at work, which we have once a month to celebrate birthdays. Its mostly full of junk food, cakes, brownies, cookies, etc. The lounge is right next to my office and the water cooler, refrig and microwave were in there so I could not avoid it. But I did reasonably well. I ate a couple of these meatballs which were in sauce and tried to get as much of the sauce off as possible (then later learned that a fellow LC made them and that they were LC!). I also ate some rotel cheese dip, which consisted of velvetta, rotel, and sausage. Neither of them were too bad. To be safe I had one of those carb blocker chews. Could have been worse, could have eaten one of the sweets (or more than one) but I didnt even really feel the urge. I am happy about that.
