Unhappy Feeling Nauseous (is this normal?)

This is day-3 of induction for me.
Last night after going to bed I started feeling nauseated (pretty heavily), although I never actually got sick.
Today, I still am feeling slightly nauseated. Is this normal?
Also, feeling tired, and weak.
Ariella

P.S. Thanks to all those who welcomed me yesterday, and their words of encouragement, I actually teared up, it was very nice.

Yes, this is quite normal, your body is kind of detoxifying. Hang in there - it will get better!!

It is normal for some. Be sure that you are taking your vitamins.

Yes your body is going COLD TURKEY from carbs or caffeine or both, I felt like that when I first started. Be aware though ,please ensure you eat your full 20grms of carbs daily because that could make you ill, it did me!!
Read my journal I put in a day by day post of weight loss and how I was feeling!!

Good luck
