Default calorie question

HI, another newbie question for you all. I have stalled out.... 2 weeks no change. I was reading another post where it was mentioned that being low in calories can also cause stalls. I checked my days intake on fitday and found that I ate 20 carbs but only 843 calories, 68% were from fat. Is that too low?? If yes then how can I raise that up? I appreciate any help and also want to thank everyone for the great advise I get from reading the other posts.

You are probably taking in too few calories. If you take in below somewhere around 1500 calories, then your body thinks that it's starving and starts to conserve energy, so what happens is that burn way less energy and thus can gain weight or not loose any.

You should probably stay somewhere close to your calorie intake that you had before, but also keep your carbs low and drink lots of water.

I'm sure others would probably agree.

You calories should be 10 times your weight. I would also suggest keeping fat to around 70-80%

Thanks for the help, I have started to watch the calories as well as the carb. I am not a big fan of meat but I will make an effort to eat more so that I can keep my calories up there. Thanks again
