Default Exercise When Ur Hypo?

I Was wondering What Exercise Is The Best WHen U Have Hypothyroidism....RIght Now I Walk about 30 Mins A Day At A Fast Paste Up A Hill Down It And Stuff....I Was Thinking Of Doing An Escape ur Shape Video, In The MOrning and Then A Teibo Weight Training Video Or Another Weight Training Video An Addition 2 that?.....Does anyone Know how GOod the Vidoes I mentioned above are?....A Nutritionist told me not to eat 2 much Protein no more then 60grms a day cuz it converts into fat, And Ive gained a lot of fat....I barely have any muscle left on my body....and She told me to eat between 1000, 1200 Cals a day?.....do U think the Exercise would be 2 Much?....The Videos Are Not That Stressful Compared 2 the high impact Teibo Kickboxing Videos?...Trainer Dan Or Nat ? do u have any Suggestions? I really Need 2 loose the Fat try 2 put muscle on me? Since Im hypo I Have a hard tiem loosing ......thank you verry much

Whatever exercise you like to do is the right kind. Finding something you enjoy, and will continue to do is what is important.

I am not familiar with those videos, but if you enjoy doing them -- DO THEM!
