Default What is the Atkins thinking on yogurt?

After reading this article:
http://www.lowcarbluxury.com/yogurt.html

I did a search on Atkin's site for "yogurt" since I wondered if he had changed his mind on yogurt after induction (not permitted during induction).

I see he uses it in the recipes. Has Dr Atkin changed his thinking on yogurt? Wondering of anyone has any information

Some LC'ers do use full-fat yogurt with two live active cultures in it. The cultures are supposed to "eat" the sugars found in milk. You can make your own yogurt from whipping cream too.

There is nothing in the new edition of DANDR about yogurt, so perhaps his stance would be that it's OK for maintenance if it's being used in recipes.
